The 9 Types

Each Enneatype (each of the Enneagram styles) has a specific way of seeing and understanding the world(including other people). There are no good or back styles: neither is better than the other. No style has more chances of success (or failure) than another in any professional area. They are just tendencies and biases when interpreting reality. In as much as these tendencies are still generating automatic, and mostly unconscious, behaviors, we have a map to better use our strengths and develop our stretch areas.
